Since the 2024/2025 season, she has been part of the ensemble at the Theater Erfurt, where she will debut as Hänsel. Other roles include Eliza Doolittle again, the Angel in Mendelssohn’s ELIJAH, and performances as a soloist in the traditional New Year’s concert at the Theater Erfurt.

From 2020 to 2024, Marlene Gaßner was an ensemble member at the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar. She made her debut there in the title role of CARMEN and performed roles such as Caesonia in Detlev Glanert’s CALIGULA, Amelfa in THE GOLDEN COCKEREL, Mary in THE FLYING DUTCHMAN, Tisbe in LA CENERENTOLA, and Eliza Doolittle in MY FAIR LADY.
